With more than 45 years of hands-on experience related to the value implications of design our early involvement in the project is fundamental for the management of the entire structural steel package.
With a creative team of engineers, consisting in a number of 15 specialized designers and 30 qualified detailers, our employees are constantly improving their expertise, while under the guidance of an experienced and highly educated Engineering Manager.
Our ability to handle complex projects while remaining flexible to the varied prerequisites of the diverse range of industries we support, is determined by our fully Computer Aided environment, as prefigured below.
By using design and structural analysis software with a high level of integration (TEKLA 3D, STAAD.Pro, PROKON, DESCON), combined with in house developed connection design tools, like spread sheets, our designers are able to offer innovative and efficient solutions for a variety of complex projects that require sophisticated design processes.
As international compliance is a priority for us, our design solutions comply with a range of international design specifications, such as American code of practice AISC, British Standard BS 5950, Eurocode 3-2005 or AASHTO.
From the preparation of material take offs to generating the final models that are subsequently linked to the Fabrication Management System (StruMIS), our engineering systems secure the traceability of materials throughout the value chain, while ensuring the highest material efficiency through just-in-time nesting.
