CORROSION RISK ASSESSMENTS AND PLANNING

Dashinspectorate’s corrosion and materials consultants provide quantitative and qualitative corrosion risk assessments which address all modes of degradation including flow assurance typically found in heavy industry.

Our specialist corrosion and flow assurance consultants assign numerical values to perceived threats in accordance with our risk matrix tables and define individual failure probabilities. CHEMICAL TESTING AND FITNESS FOR SERVICE

Dashinspectorate works alongside our approved chemical and corrosion service partners in delivering lab analysis and corrosion coupon/probe management services across a range of operating facilities in the Oil and Gas industry. Due to the challenging environments that corrosion inhibitors are expected to perform such as deepwater environment(s), ultra deepwater, high pressure reservoir(s), high H2S content, there are a number of specific criteria that should be investigated for laboratory selection to ensure that the most cost effective solution has been identified while ensuring minimal impact on production system(s) from issues such as emulsions, foaming, precipitates, etc. from the chosen production chemistry.
