Our services include:
Structural Steel Works
Detailed engineering of steel structure, fabrication & installation (modular / stick-build) of structural steel and outfitting, fabrication of skid, modularization, fire proofing, galvanizing, roofing, wall cladding, non-destructive testing.
Mechanical Works
Installation of jetty top side equipment, demolition or upgrading of plant equipment, installation of plant machineries, rotating, static and package equipment, customized lifting solutions for column and reactor, equipment alignment, equipment preservation, non-destructive testing.
Piping Works
Fabrication of (carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy, Copper) piping, pipe supports such as pipe shoe, spring support, underground pipe laying / pipe launching, pipe insulation works, valve installation, painting works, modularization integration works, heat tracing, hydro / pneumatic pressure test, weld mapping using software such as Spoolgen, pipe wrapping, non-destructive testing.
Rotary has a total of 6 fabrication workshops spanning across key regions in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, strategically align with our group’s direction for the support of our multinational projects with our unique execution plans. Apart from providing fabrication support to our EPCM services in these regions, our workshops are fully equipped with capabilities to support fabrication projects as required by our clients worldwide.
Occupying a combined total area of more than 30 hectares, these 6 workshops are capable of fabricating more than 1.2 million DB of piping, 9,000 tonnes of structural steel, and 42,000 tonnes of plates rolling per year.
Equipment Installation
We lift, we move and we put it together. With every pieces of equipment we install, we ensure utmost confidence in providing a good quality and time bound services from start to finish. We stick in performing our best practices that save time and money. We focus on safety all throughout specially when it comes to lifting, moving heavy equipment and working in elevated positions. We can install a single piece of machinery or provide turnkey services.
Structure Erection & Piping Installation
We connect the dot. We get an extra kick by putting all the dots come together. With our skilled craftsmen and specialist combine with strong management capabilities as well as considerable amount of experiences, we bring our designs to life.
Our highly qualified pipe fitters, welders and engineers make it possible. Our team is highly capable in Pipe Isometric Drawing Weld Mapping.
Scaffolding
As an Approved Scaffold Contractor certified by the Ministry of Manpower and as the primary mode of access in most large structures and that is widely used by fellow contractors and plant owners for carrying out work and inspection of new constructions and maintenance works, we have the capability to provide both System and Tubular Scaffolds.
We have sizeable inventory of scaffold materials which has enabled us to take on major construction projects and maintenance contracts in the oil and gas and petrochemical plants.
